12/26/14To whom it may concern:Regarding this customer to the best of my knowledge on Friday, May 23rd was the first day the customer had called to report and schedule a problem call with their air conditionerBeltsville tried to set them up for a service call on the next regular scheduled day but due to a holiday weekend it ended up falling on Tueday, May 27th 2014.Beltsville Heating & A/C feels that the customer should have given Beltsville the proper oppurtunity to check and correct our problemInstead the customer called another company and created a bill that they expect Beltsville to now pay forThe customer did all of this without contacting Beltsville and letting them know what they were doing.In the conversation with the customer it was mentioned that the recorded weather temperature would be fairly mild so the wait time would not have made it bad for the customer to wait for the available appointment.Sincerely,
