Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Firstly, this is a lie that they have had multiple conversations with me as I am redirected to people who are not availableThere has only been one conversation concerning this matterAnd yes, the charge did not go through my bank because I paid cast was required to have a card on file for any other charges/to hold the roomI was told no charges would be put on thereI do have a receipt that says I paid 192$ It is no wonder that this hotels' water park has been shut down by the health deptit is obvious that as a whole is managed poorlyTheir offices are abandoned and is a shame because I have stayed there several times in the past but now will go elsewhere Sincerely, Glori [redacted]

To who this may concern, we have conveyed to the customer on multiple occasion this charge DID NOT go through our system. We have requested there customer to send us proof via bank statement to show us the charge on her account to no avail. This has been going on for sometime now and we here at the...

Clock Tower will be closing this case file. Again there is no charge what so ever in our system they are referring to and nor can they produce a valid statement that proves it after multiple request.  Again thank you for your time  Robert [redacted]

There has only been one conversation concerning this matter. And yes, the charge did not go through my bank because I paid cash. It was required to have a card on file for any other charges/to hold the room. I was told no charges would be put on there.
