We used Beltway Kitchen and Bath for our kitchen remodel and couldn't be happier with the results Having been through a messy bathroom remodel with another contractor before (to some not-so-good results), I must say I was so relieved and pleased to have finally found a great team in Frank and JayMy kitchen needed some major updating and renovation I received several quotes to begin my renovation process and decided to go with Frank (whose bid was right in the middle of all quotes) because he really took the time to walk me through the entire process and his expertise was exemplary At our initial meeting, Frank told me it would take about 2-weeks (most likely 3) from start to finish I'm happy to say that that's exactly what it tookOnce our actual work started, Jay took over the day-to-day operations Jay was terrific! He really seemed to care about the quality of work, was at our house every day to check on the progress and was always reachable by phone whenever I had a question (and I had many) Jay oversaw everything: Demo of the kitchen (they were very clean and carried away the trash the same day), plumbing (I was converting my sink, dishwasher), tiling (installed porcelain on the floor, subway tile on the backsplash, installation of all new fixtures, new cabinets, new countertops and paintThe workers were all on time every day -- every single one of them (from demo to the plumbers to the fantastic tile guys) were professional and great to work with And their quality of work was top notch I was particularly impressed with the tile guys The tile team really took their time to make sure everything was meticulous and the results really showAll in all, I have definitely found my guys for any renovations I'd like in the future Thanks Frank and Jay and your entire team for a JOB WELL DONE!

I signed contract with this company on 11/29/2014, with a promised completion date of two days before Christmas 2014; in time for my Marine son's homecoming from military service The initial consultation and design process went smoothly and well; but that is where the honeymoon ended I had not yet moved into the new residence so the workmen had ample opportunity to come and go unimpeded to do all the workUnfortunately they did not take advantage of that opportunity and many days would go by before anyone bothered to show up to work on the projectNeedless to say, the project went well beyond the promised date and I had no working kitchen during the holidays for my son's leave I finally had a working kitchen on 02/01/15, and I made the mistake of paying the balance due in-full on 02/01/15, even though the installed stainless steel vent hood was clearly damaged and scratched I was told by the owner, Faruk Y*** (Frank), I had "his word" he would order the new vent hood immediately and replace it, but he really needed the balance of payment now I agreed thinking "his word" meant something Needless to say, after many months of emails, phone calls, and promises from Frank I did not get the vent hood replacement In addition, I made him aware there were some issue with the cabinets, such as warping and a drawer front that literally has fallen off Again, more promises from Frank of a repair, but to-date nothing has been done I have kept all his email correspondence as proof of his agreement to repair/replace these items In my last email to Frank on 12-04-15, I advised him I was planning to report his company to the Revdex.com and write this review on Angie's List; to which I received no response I would say "BUYER BEWARE" if anyone else out there is considering doing business with this company

Absolutely misinformation.  Totally wrong. She just wanted free stuff. Thats all.

We ordered a Kitchen Island to replace our existing one at their Alexandria store. Sales person explained to us $400 extra as installation cost includes removing existing island , gas lines, electric lines and complete the installation process. We even discussed with him about how to save the existing granite counter top from the existing island. He said most of the time they try to save the counter top but there is no guarantee , sometime it breaks during removal process. We were ok with that. Then we paid in full by credit card including $400 .
15 days later after many phone calls their people came and told us removal the existing island ,gas , electric everything is extra. They said they assumed there is no existing island . $400 is just to place the new island no gas connection setup no electric connection setup etc included in that cost. Then I realized the sales person just to sell the item to us he lied to us. Their service is also horrible. They did not call us to setup an appointment. When I called previous night they said yes we will come tomorrow at 12 pm. They did not even ask us are we going to be home or not .

Merchant on Monday Aug 1st along with the [redacted] Credit Union,  they are saying theyreplaced the funds, the Credit Union say they put the money back then retrieved the funds back on the 45th day.We visited [redacted], we sent them the receipt and the email where the merchant representative (Frank) stated thathe had processed the refund.  A Representative at [redacted] did get us in touch with an Attorney, that we will contactif no other responses from The State Office of Attorney General, we reported to Federal Trade Commission and the StateOffice of Consumer Affairs.Thank you for you help,[redacted] and [redacted]###-###-#### ###-###-####
