Beltway Plaza Shell

Review: My 1997 Chevy Malibu broke down and couldn't start. I called a towing company to take my car to my usual mechanic. But the tow truck driver suggested that I take my car to Beltway Plaza Shell to have my car repaired. I unfortunately took his advice and he towed my car there. When I called to find out what was wrong with my car they informed me that it was the starter. Charged me $388.14 for parts and labor. This morning the very same thing happend to my car only this time I did not attempt to turn off the car and restart her. I went straight back to the same Shell station for them to repair my car. They are now saying that it is another problem and charging me an additional $257. Besides them not checking the problem and misdiagnosing the original problem they are now holding me hostage for additional funds. I am livid. Why every time a mechanic see's a single woman they think it is fine to just over charge her or blatantly rip her off. Please look into this situation as it is not fair, for me to be charged twice, when if they had did their job in the first place I would not have to pay twice.Desired Settlement: I would like to have my original $388.14 refunded. Since there was a inacurate diagnosis and a part was replaced that was not needed.
