We've been customers of Beltz for a little over two years and I wouldn't use another service ever again They installed our air conditioner quickly and at an affordable price, they've come back yearly for check ups, and when we had an issue with the air conditioner this year they came on a Friday night to fix it The office staff may be one of the nicest I've ever spoken with and I'm always happy to hear from them Such a great business!
Overall, great experience Beltz did a fantastic job installing a ceiling fan and some new lighting [redacted] was friendly, very helpful, and quite professional He worked efficiently and did an excellent job This was a great company to work with I only had a slight issue with a timer set up on some outdoor lighting The dusk timer was set properly, but not the dawn setting It just took a few minutes to set properly Pretty minor stuff I would highly recommend Beltz for electrical work at your home

I called Beltz to look at some electrical issues I was having in my home. They were very responsive, arrived quickly, took great care in protecting my home (they put on boot covers to keep from scratching my floor) and they took the time to explain everything they were doing and answer every question I had. Most of all, they didn't treat me like an it for asking so many questions.
I highly recommend them for any electrical and while I hope it doesn't happen any time soon, should I have a heating/ac or plumbing issue, I will be calling them first!
We needed a water heater repair, [redacted] was able to come to the house the same day I called, He explained what the problem was and corrected it in a timely manner. [redacted] was friendly, knowledgeable, easy to work with that is why I am giving him a excellent rating.
This company does in general good work, depending on the service person you get. They were slow in coming to do the work and had to reschedule several times, may not be the best for emergency service, they put what they call service members who pay a monthly fee ahead of other calls. They also tend to charge more than standard rates for their work, and can be expensive if you are on a budget or fix income.

I have a 90 year old house.I had a small fuse box when I bought the house.I needed a new garage so I called [redacted] to install a new breaker box. `This was the best investment in to this house I have ever made. I put in a new mitsubishi air conditioner and a new trane air conditioner. I next remodeled my bathroom with a breaker just for that bathroom. I next upgraded the electrical wiring and replaced 4 outlets in my living room and still have plenty of room in the breaker box. in the flood of 2007 I called [redacted] when my basement was taking on a lot of water. [redacted] saved me hundreds of dollars by loaning a sump pump. with all the many needs of my house Beltz Home Service Co. is the cleanest and most professional company that has worked on my house. I have more to do and will calling on [redacted] and his team in the future.
