When a tenant goes on line to apply for a property it states that application fees are non refundable The applications were processed in good faith Mr [redacted] had two federal tax liens dated 11/1/in the amounts of $139,and $1, Ms***'s response was "We were unaware of ***' lien and we are paying that online tomorrowBut it will take up to ten days to receive the letter of release in the mail." Ms [redacted] also stated that it might help to know that the lien on [redacted] is only $ This varies drastically in amount that is stated on his credit report In addition Ms [redacted] furnished from the North Carolina Department of Revenue that she paid her state liens off However, these did not appear on her credit report and were not in question from the years of and Belvedere Properties discussed the applications with the owners who had reservations based on their credit reports and declined them

The main reason for the owners decision was the credit and in addition they were not willing to move the furniture. We tried to find an amiable solution and that is why we contacted the ***s again to see if they were still interested and went back to the owners. Belvedere Properties went above and beyond with multiple discussions with the owners to try to make this work out. Owners have the ultimate say

I am rejecting this response because: I was told after I supplied them the information about the tax liens, they would reconsider. When I contacted them concerning their answer, I was told the owners said no because they weren't comfortable with moving the furniture, specifically. Then I was asked if I would take the property if they reconsidered. So it had nothing to do with taxes.
