Review: We purchased a custom made desk for our salon and within a few months the front lighting panel didn't work. After many months of trying to get this problem resolved, the company finally sent a repairman to fix it. Two weeks after he fixed the problem - it happened again. Now the company says it won't pay for the installation of the new parts. The product malfunctioned in less than 7 months of delivery. By no means should we as the consumer be responsible for defective merchandise. We have asked for the company to come back and pay for all parts and labor associated with this issue.Desired Settlement: pay for all costs associated with the repair of the desk.

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Belvedere USA Corp. regarding complaint ID [redacted], however my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
Belvedere refuses to pay for the labor and installation of our front desk light panel.
