He provided a detailed inspection (and has a keen eye and lots of experience, and noticed many other telltale signs that I didn't even notice during my intense investigation ). So, it turns out we are having a problem, but we caught it early and he gave us advice on how to stave off any further damage by mitigating it with proper drainage, grading and gutters and overall moisture control and he also dispelled my fear over some signs of benign cracking, putting my mind at ease. He did not recommend any action at this time and did not even charge me for the visit. But, if we ever need help we are calling on him. Impressive expertise and good person.
