Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meThat might be true Your company and questionable business practices and created this huge mess, I didn’t just randomly choose you out of the air I refuse to be held captive and forced to buy books or send back stupid cards and play games with your company Finally, you did the right thing and removed my information You could have saved my time and done that in the first email, instead of pretending you don’t know anything about way your company forces people to buy books Good companies don’t do this I guess you have to do what you do to make money I hope I don’t ever have to deal with your company again I hope this is over,but am skeptical [redacted]

Hello,I am sorry for the experience described in the complaintPlease note that we do not ship books to people unless they are orderedAs such, I do not understand the nature of this complaintI cannot look this recepient up in our system as I beleive I only have the daughters name when it was the father that place the orderWith his name, I could say with certanty, I will be able to produce an order card that he sumbitted requesting the bookAgain, I am sorry for the frustration and would like to make this right, but strongly feel we did what was asked of us

After fruitless attempts at subscribing to dogster, receiving catster, complaining because I subscribed to dogster, FINALLY receiving 3 issues of dogster, I thought I could forget about this hassle and enjoy my magazines. but, no. now I receive a refund to dogster. what? I did not cancel. R there any humans at this company that can read, perhaps speak English? I am frustrated beyond belief. will someone CALL ME, SO I CAN GET THE INFO STRAIGHT. OMG this is impossible to believe. BTW this has been going on since last summer! give me a break! this company deserves no stars.

I am rejecting this response because:Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: *** *** *** *** ** *** is my address and my father's name *** *** He keeps getting cards in the mail with no information that has to be returned or you get a book, so you idea is incorrectThe mailing is paid for by your company and this information was given to me by your post office If the card isn't returned, then a book will arrive and even if you send in the card back a book will arrive, check online and you will many people with the same complaint The people with complaints didn't go to the post office to find out exactly what company is sending out this junk They also don't know what to do to stop this from happeningThe phone numbers are not easy to find and there is some weirdness with messages when you call, it is not easy to talk to an agent, you will wait a long time and then get hung up on Many people have labeled this company as a scam and complains about the time wasting practice of sending cards back and sending book back and harassment from the company I feel this is harassment of seniors who can't get to the post office to send books or cards back and just pay for the item I just want this company to remove my address from their list of stupidness Be warned that I am not interested in your books and won't pay or return anything that is sent to the houseI have document the emails that I have sent and calls and agent that I have spoke to or screamed at I am wore out and sick of dealing with this company and the drama they create in busy people's lives and their unwillingness to just stop the cards from coming to the house I don't have time to play games returning cards that in the end try force to me to reply or pay for items I don't want or didn't ask for I am documenting this process incase this Revdex.com can't stop this process and an attorney is needed I will not allow my father to do be taken advantage of by such a terrible company, who preys on seniors. I can't help a company know what is going on within their own company If she does a search her company and returned books and cards, then she will see that what she is saying is a total lie Her company pays for these cards to be sent out and we didn't ask for a card to be sent to us I am sorry she knows so little about her company If she wants to check find out more about it, then she can check online because this does happen! If she can't or has trouble finding the links, then I would be more than glad to send the link

Review: A subscription was paid and check cashed. Even after sending copies of cancelled checks there is still no subscription in my name. Numerous phone calls and emails sent to [redacted] customer service and assurance it would be taken care of has resulted in still no record of my subscription. They are blaming it on a service they use for subscriptions. They sent me old issues in the mail but I paid for a year's subscription not old magazines. I would like my money returned at once with no more excused.Desired Settlement: I would like a full refund with no more excuses. I have used all best efforts to resolve this directly.

Review: I purchased [redacted] on 1/25/14 and paid for the subscription with my credit card. I continued to receive bills from them and called in Feb. to let them know that the bill was paid via credit card. They said that [redacted] bill was paid with this credit card, but my account was not paid. I told them that [redacted] is my dog and he could not possibly have paid the bill because he is a DOG and does not have a credit card. According to the rep I spoke with my account information was corrected. Well, I kept getting bills so I called on 3/28/14 and spoke with [redacted] at 1:06 PM (EST). I again explained that [redacted] is a dog and that I (as the human) paid the bill with my credit card. Again, he said that he would make sure my account information was corrected and that [redacted]'s name would be removed from their system. Guess what - I received another past due bill a couple of days ago. I'm at my wits end and don't know how to get this straightened out. Also, [redacted], the dog, has started receiving mail, so The [redacted] obviously sold his name and address, without my permission.Desired Settlement: To reflect that my bill for the subscription is paid in full and that I never be contacted by [redacted] again.
