It seems the customer is confusing us with a competitor, most of which do charge for the same service.
Our site (www.1stopmove.com) is a free service and we do not charge the customers any fee for change of address. Also, we checked for this...
customer's name and we do not see him in our system either.
Can the customer forward the receipt or bank statement which shows there was any charge was from us?

Review: On 12/**/13 at approximately 4:30pm I stopped at the Gulf gas station located at [redacted] (Bement Gas Corp) and purchased $36.07 worth of gas at the self pay pump using my Visa debit card. This amount filled my gas tank. I did not get a receipt at the pump. Today, 12/**/13, I noticed a charge for $105.00 from "Bement Gas Corp" on my bank account (viewed online at [redacted]).Thinking that the business made an error, I contacted the gas station first and the clerk immediately stated "No bank statement, no talk to boss" (actual quote). When I asked what time of day would I be able to bring this documentation to speak to the boss, the clerk informed me that this boss is not available on site, ever. When I asked the clerk to please check their records for my purchase of $36.07, on 12/**/13, at around 4:30pm, he refused. Subsequent calls were not picked up.I am disputing this charge with my bank but I am very disappointed that this business did not make any attempt to correct their error and help me obtain a refund for the balance. It seems very likely that this is a criminal activity taking place with knowledge of the employees and/or management. As they list themselves as a member of Revdex.com in good standing, I'd like this complaint noted for the record so that other consumers do not get ripped off. Any help you could offer in obtaining my refund of $68.93 (the difference between the amount charged and cost of the gas I bought) would be appreciated.p.s. I drive a 4 cylinder hatchback...it would not even HOLD $105.00 worth of gas!Desired Settlement: Refund of $68.93 credited to my [redacted] Visa debit card.
