timely in the property management business when the last 5 and first 5 days of each month are the busiest. I have supplied the info, even against my better judgement since the lease is between the tenant and property manager and that is what we get paid to do. We try to eliminate the headaches for the owners as providing property management

I did receive a copy of the financial information I requested, on 10/2, as noted, so I am satisfied with that result. However, it was only provided to me after I drafted a formal letter of request on 9/29 (not 9/30) and filed a complaint with Revdex.com on 9/30. I had requested copies of two leases on 8/25 in order to audit the financial piece of my contract with BPM, but BPM did not provide me with any information until I asked again for the documents on 9/15 via email and again on 9/16 via text (since I received no reply to my email). I was given ONE of the requested documents on 9/18. I requested the second document again on 9/18, and was indeed flatly denied with the response, "No is there a problem".
