Fred did tell them that all of OUR dodges on the lot at that time made that noiseThe point of the matter is the truck was sold as is with the customer being aware it had the problemThere is not a way of knowing how long before it would need to be replacedThere was nothing being hidden from them as they state they were told about the problem and it was on the window discloser

as is, as we are well aware of what that meansUnfortunately, our problem is what was said verballyThe general manager told us that 'all dodge's make noise in the rear end (their mechanic was agreeing with him, as he was right there while we were all talking)The male owner was not around to hear this, but his wife was there agreeing with him The first time my husband, Joe ***, talked to Fred, the GM, after they looked at the truck, he even admitted on the phone that Yes, you bought a truck with a bad rear end but no, he doubts the owners will do anything about it. I am not blasting them on social media, but rather explained our situation, and got MANY responses from people in the countyApprox90% of them were very badWe even heard from an ex-mechanic of theirs who told us they were told to doctor up a problem with a quick fix just to get it on the lot and get it sold.My husband knows vehiclesHe knows how some things can be hidden from the consumer initially He did not repeatedly call the owner's wife (who has owner herself on her business card so we thought she was able to take care of the problem) and harass her, but called to get #'s off the truck as we were looking for a rear end for it at that point There was anger involved when she said they weren't going to do anything, but until that point there was no harrassment nor was there swearing! This company is taking advantage of people by doctoring up vehicles, knowing full well that after driving them for a bit the problems will surface We even talked to one lady who bought a vehicle from them, and it broke down in their parking lot before driving it away!Our complaint is valid because of the words of the GM"all Dodge's make noises in their rear ends' is alot different from "the rear end is bad and will need to be replaced soon" This is a very dishonest company!
