We do not have a record of receiving any email from Mrs***. The customer service communications from our web sites will automatically come directly to our consumer care group. We respond to these emails within business days. We would appreciate knowing
which email address she used so we can investigate the reason for the failure.In the situation of a defective toilet, we will gladly replace the product. We will call Mrs*** and resolve her issue

We have contacted Ms*** about her concern with our product and problem with the website. Bemis will be sending a replacement seat today, June 13, 2016. We have and will continue to check and correct issues with our websites. Bemis appreciates being notified that she had an issue and is committed to providing service for our quality product and web services

Review: ON MAY 24, 2013 AND ALSO ON AUGUST 7, 2014 TWO SEPARATE TOILET SEATS WERE SENT TO YOU BECAUSE THEY WERE DEFECTIVE RIGHT FROM THE START. THEY BOTH WERE EITHER CRACKED OR FRAYED. BEAMIS NEVER RESPONDED. WE HAD SENT THREE ALL TOGETHER AND PROOF FROM THE US POSTAL SERVICE WITH A DELIVERY CONFIRMATION #...AND THEY REPLACED ONE. THE OTHER TWO THEY HAVE NOT REPLACED. WE CONTINUE TO SEND LETTER AFTER LETTER AND ALL OF THEM GO UNANSWERED. WE HAVE COPIES AND PROOF OF DELIVERY TO THEM, ALONG WITH COPIES OF EVERY LETTER SENT TO THEM. TO WAIT ALMOST TWO YEARS ON ONE AND ALMOST 8 MONTHS ON ANOTHER FOR THEIR DEFECTIVE PRODUCT IS DESPICABLE. I AM DISABLED AND SHOULD NOT HAVE TO CONTINUE TO TRY AND RESOLVE THIS. Review: Hello. I was E-mailing back & forth with their Customer Service, but they stopped replying. I bought last month at Home Depot for 22.94 the Church model 595 000, which is listed as 17 7/8 inches long. The one I received is 18 3/8 inches long. I asked the company about this and they implied that I either measured in error or was doing it wrong. They sent me a diagram. I replied that I was indeed using the same diagram and that's how I chose the 595 000 model. I desired those exact dimensions. Yet, here we are. They advertised one thing and I received a different product.Desired Settlement: I would like my loss of value, time and quality addressed. And I would like to note that it was made worse by their rude folks. This is a manufacturing company that makes hundreds of different models in different measurements - how can they think my desire for an exact (or close) match is without merit?
