Ben 10 Computers

Brought my phone to get my screen replaced to Ben 10. They told me it would be 3 days time to get a screen and replace it, so paid in full and left. After a week I checked in after hearing nothing back, they informed me it would be a month now before they could even get the screen. After 3 months they finally got the part.
The part they got didn't work and informed me it would only be a couple more days. After another month of no updates they told me they would be unable to fix it.
When I asked for my refund and phone back they claimed to have just paid checks and couldn't do either. Came in twice a week asking for my refund and phone back and they refuse after that.
Has now been 7 months still no refund, working phone, ormy broken phone back.
Kicker is I was walking down the sidewalk and saw a sign with "we fix phones!" With my broken phone underneath it.
