In their lease agreement they guarantee that security deposit checks will be returned within a 60 day time period. This is not at all the case. I am approaching 65 days without receiving my deposit. I was approved by the superintendent to be entitled to my full deposit. Every time I call I am assured that my check went out "that day." I believe this to be untrue as I've heard that line for over a week. Renters should steer clear of this leasing company, or plan to use the security deposit as the last months rent because it seems that money is lost in space.
