Ben Clymer's The Body Shop Yuc

Two months ago I was involved in a car accident where my car was hit. The driver at fault had his insurance send my car to their partner body shop in my area. I took my car to *** to get an evaluation. Again, this was a request by the faulted insurance in order to pay for the damages. My car was evaluated for rear end damages. My entire trunk and bumper had been totalled. After a few weeks in the shop I was called to pick up my car. It was there for an evaluation and nothing else. One of the employees drove my car up and I got in and drove home. As I was driving I realized I didn't have a window switch on the driver's side. The damage had taken out my rear blinkers, so there was no legal way for me to change lanes. The next day I returned to the shop and the supervisor admitted to know what had happened and who had removed the part. My entire switch control and wiri g had been removed and the door had been put back together as an empty shell. It has been 2 months of going back and speaking with Jonathan, but he has now begun to ignore my phone calls. My car did not need to be touched and especially not inside when the damage was done to my trunk and bumper.

Scam artists. Left me with a rental bill they are responsible for. Took my car in for a minor bumper dent, that my insurance was paying for. The employee "***" got into an argument with my insurance over needing more time with the car and refusing to pay for a rental car extension and hung up on them. Car was supposed to be ready Thursday, ***el claims the car was ready Friday and called me but he did not and when I called him Saturday said it wasn't ready till monday. I have proof I called Saturday but *** says he's got video cameras and never received a call. This was weeks ago and I've never received any calls from them. In the process of filling complaints with Revdex.com. In short do not come here find another shop, they are no reliable or hoenst.
