I needed warranty work on my refrigerator and Lowe's contracted Ben L*** and sonThe tech's name was Charles L*** and I assume he is the son of the ownerHe showed up after a few reschedules, fought with removing and replacing the part and it still was not fixedHe said he was going to call the factory and get another partI called him times and left messages...he only called me once and said he was still waiting for the partAfter months I called Lowe's again and they said that Charles L*** reported as job completed and got paid for the jobHe lied to me and to Lowe'sHe never planned on returning or fixing my fridgeI am now waiting for Lowe's to send someone elseBen L*** appliance would never be welcome in my home and I would never recommend themSTAY AWAY from themAwful!
Ben Logan came to our house last year in Newport Beach. We ordered some parts for our refrigerator, paid for them in advance and he only delivered some of them. He claimed that the one that was not delivered was always received broken when delivered to his office. We later ordered it online when he said he would just reimburse us the $170 that we paid. By the way, the one we ordered online was received in perfect condition within two days of ordering it.
Despite several phone calls reminding him to reimburse us we have not received a call back or the refund. It has now been almost a year.
