rejecting this response because: the response does not accurately reflect what happened; payment was demanded in advance of work completed, which was not according to our agreement. Regular payments were made until work slowed. However, we have been able to resolve the matter at this time.

Review: Contract for home repairs has not been completed; contractor demanding payment in advance of work completed, which is not per the terms of our contract, using intimidating language.Desired Settlement: Either finish the job as contracted or I can use the balance of the payment remaining and contract with someone else to do so.
