I am rejecting this response because:Some of your dates are incorrect. The 214.95 has been credited back to me by my card company. That charge was made in December before I shipped the clubs to Fort Worth. The clubs were shipped to Ben Hogan via [redacted] on December 23, 2013. They arrived and were accepted on December 28,2016. The [redacted] tracking number is[redacted] The clubs are new Ben Hogan Fort Worth irons at the following lofts: 27-31-35-39-43-47-51, with Tour Velvet black round grips. I paid $1,253.90 for these clubs.I had sent them in for reshafting. I would be happy to get my clubs back or would accept a full refund of the purchase price.

Dear Ms. [redacted],Your email (below) was forwarded to me by [redacted] at [redacted] International. In short, the Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company laid off most of its staff on 1/2/17 and filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection on 1/28/17. That said, we remain in business as we attempt...
to restructure and attract new investors. I will work to rectify Mr. [redacted] issue and apologize for the situation. If you (or he) has any information about whom he may have spoken with on 1/13/17, it would be much appreciated. I don’t know how the company could have collected $214.95 as Mr. [redacted] indicates, as we did not have any employees in place to process repair orders. We have moved to new, smaller offices (see address below); do you know where the clubs were sent? Also, what kind of irons were they?Again, I will do everything I can to fix the problem quickly. In the meantime, if you have any questions about the Ben Hogan Golf Equipment Company and our bankruptcy filing, please contact:[redacted]
