My name is Steve from Ben Lomond Landscape MaintenanceI am writing you in regards to complaint ID [redacted] .I would like to apologize for the delayed response, our office has changed the mailing addressto the one listed at the top of this pageWe still have access to the old one but do not check that as frequently.The other day I came into my office and had both Revdex.com notices of complaints on my deskThe next day we received the notice saying this complaint has been closed as UNANSWERED.Ben Lomond Landscape Maintenance does value and understands the importance of great customer service and we always strive to deliver the bestWe have actually already reached out the upset customer to resolve the situation.However, here is a brief description of events.Customer orders a one-time lawn service because she was referred to us by one of her friendsShe was happy with said service and calls into our office to pay for the service rendered and prepay the remaining lawn services for the rest of the yearShe also added an additional service which was also prepaidWhen the work order was entered into the computer, the additional service was accidentally entered as a NONprepayOur billing system sent her a bill for the additional service and she called very upsetWe quickly agreed with the mistake on our end and told her not to worry about the bill and that it would be credited to her accountShe remained extremely upset and said she wanted a refund for all remaining services not yet completedThough we do have a signed contract to perform such services we did issue a full refund, it was not issued as fast as the customer had demanded but full refund was sent to herI have tried calling multiple times and left messages each trying to verify she has received the check but have heard no further communication.Thank you once again for your time in reviewing this matterIf you have any questions at all please contact me directly at our office 801-786-8600.Best,Steve M***
