Used Ben for two companies taxes as well as our personal taxes For the first few years all was great I felt we had a great working relationship and he was very helpful in so many ways During the last year, I feel I got on his bad side and it was down hill from thereSuddenly there was an additional charge for every phone call, every email and every question Last request for service started at one amount and for two consecutive emails with questions for clarification on services being provided the price went up a total of $100, $for each question asked During the last year there was minimal communications in regards to reports, quarterly tax payments and recommendations which resulted in a rather large lump payment for taxes His reply was always the same, putting the blame on me for something I did or didn't do Just like the complaint above, he has an answer for everythingRelationship just became unprofessional and conversations very awkward in my opinion and I don't believe things were handled in a professional manner from that time forward Maybe he was just trying to get rid of me after five years It is unfortunate, because I had recommended Ben in the past but will no longer being doing so
Horrible experience with this company. Back in March I signed up for an appointment online. The next day the appointment was cancelled. They said that they don't take appointments during tax time, which I get, but two things 1) put that online and don't allow people to schedule 2) offer a reschedule after tax time. Two weeks ago I decided to try again. I attempted to schedule an appointment over the phone and was told that I would receive a confirmation of the time and date. I received nothing. I called back the following week and was told again that I would receive a confirmation. When I didn't receive any communication for the second time I sent an email telling them that I was not interested in dealing with them. On Wednesday of this week I got a nasty phone call asking me why I wasn't at their office and I explained the situation. Then I received a nasty email (they had my email address!) with the following "FAILURE TO KEEP INITIAL APPOINTMENT - You are not eligible for any other appointments. Please do not contact our office requesting service in the future." Ben - No worries my friend, I will not be contacting you again.
