I called for this service , and my son dug the lids up for this to be for pumped. I specifically asked for both sides of the tank to be pumped. One side was pumped and the other side was not. He left the residence with everything still backed up. I contacted him again on Wednesday March26th and asked him to come back out and he said he would. This isn't acceptable business practices not to complete a job, leave the residence with backup still in the home, and charge $275 to do the job. I am still having problems and would like for him to come back and complete the job. I am on disability and can't afford to REPAY someone else to complete what should have been done at the first call.Desired SettlementRefund my money or thouroughly complete the job.
