between our employee and the complainant on the date of the incidentIf the Revdex.com believes there are other issues to address, please so advise and we will provide the appropriate response.Related to the vehicle towing complaint, please be advised that Ben's Asphalt does not contract with an onsite security or towing firm for any purposePer the complainant's own admission, the building management company employs security at the complexWe are unsure of the process for obtaining a permit as the complainant mentions but it appears the vehicle was towed when it was parked in a way that violated the permit limitationsThe complainant should follow up with the complex property manager to resolve this issueBen's Asphalt did not order, request, or arrange to have the subject vehicle removed.Related to the contact between our employee and the complainant, I personally witnessed the complainant approach our employee in a very aggressive and hostile mannerHe was very angry that the vehicle had been removed from the site and assumed our personnel arranged for the towThe complainant stepped into the personal space of our employee and began leveling accusations in a harsh way using profanity and other expletivesWhen our employee determined the complainant's conduct had exceeded a reasonable threshold, our employee made it clear he would not be subjected to the complainant's conduct any longer.The complainant was the aggressor in this eventHe refused to listen to reason even after I personally apologized for any misunderstandingWhile we were not at fault for the incident, I took the action to try and remedy the situation amicablyThe complainant rejected my apology and subsequently went on a *** tirade and filed this frivolous complaint with your agency.We are not in agreement with compensating the complainantWe sincerely hope this explanation will resolve the complaint and look forward to your feedback
