Ben's Downtown Tire

This vehicle has several issuesThe OBDlight on and that problem was corrected by replacing vent valve. The customer needed both front hub assy. They were in VERY bad conditionAs such they make a loud roaring noise. This too was later fixed. Having bad bearings and
delayed maintenance can add to tire wear. Upon completing the bearing repair, the front tires were rotated to the rear at no additional charge. The customer was informed that she would need tires. There are texts messages from the customr after the repairs that the car was in fact okThere was no way of hearing the noise from the tires with the noise from these bearing(hub). The customer was shown and given a looking at the REMOVED bearing and saw for herself the noise and grinding of the part. It is not uncommon for customers to get vehicle issues resolved in intervalsThe customer was made aware that she needed to change her tiresWe put pads on because they were extremely lowThe tires will not affect the bearing but the bearing will affect the tires.The customer would have benn given tires and allowed to pay later had she voiced concernsBut instead texted that all was well
