Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Since Mr [redacted] has not called to set up a time to meet and resolve this issue, we are going to reject his offer and request compensation for the deck work, plumbing issue and electrical issue asap so we can go out and get the deck completed properly, Regards, [redacted]

In regards to complaint. I'm willing to meet with customer and hear his issues. I do agree in reimbursement of water tank it was a bad design and I've stop using that particular supplier. Skirting around deck that needs finishing up I'll address also. We can talk about electrical isues I'd like some... clarification since technician from hot tub proceeded with install. Deck we can walk it and agree on necessary loose boards and or railing. I am committed to satisfying customer only if demands are reasonable. Also for the record I did pretty much finance job since availability of funds were so spread out to accommodate his pay period and job transition. Again I'm willing to meet to resolve. Thanks ***

I have made contact and met with the ***we will resume talks and schedule repairs on November 1st

I am willing to take care of concerned issues and will make contact with them this morning to set a time and date should I or do I need to relate this info to Revdex.comI appologize for late responseI will address this asap
