I purchased two rings from the Malibu Art Festival from a vendor, Ben's Native Impressions owned by Ben B*** They were custom made so would arrive two weeks later I didn't get them until one month later When I did receive them, they were nowhere close to the craftsmanship of the rings at the showBen offered replacements for the bad work and even admitted to rushing the job, I have the email proving it The replacement rings were just as badBubbles in the mold and visible cut lines in the ring
I tried contacting Ben B*** but he doesn't return phone calls or responds to emails He did in the beginning, after numerous attempts However, after receiving the replacement set and trying to contact him regarding my dissatisfaction, no response at all
I am now in the process of disputing the charge with my credit card companyBen even goes so far as to say I have not expressed any dissatisfaction with the rings and never tried contacting him That was his response to the credit card company when I opened the dispute It appears I am not alone regarding the negative experience with Ben B*** as the "F" rating shows Do not ever purchase items from this personHe offers zero customer service and does bad custom work
