steps to promptly rectify the situation to avoid the possibility of confusing or disappointing other guests
Moreover, *** *** said that she spoke with of our employees who said that they had had several other complaints and that there was “nothing they could do.” Nothing could be further from the truthFirst, our employees could and should have reported any complaints or problems immediately to the marketing where they would have been promptly addressedSecond, any ***’s *** is empowered to solve problems like these on the spot***’s Mission Statement has one focus and one focus only: To Create Happy GuestsWe will use *** ***’s complaint as a tool to retrain both our staff and our managers in Bayside about what outstanding customer service looks like and how we expect our guests to be treated
Finally, I would like to point out that ***’s has a variety of tools which enable our guests to contact us directly by, phone, email, Facebook or Twitter whenever there is a problem that is not resolved to their satisfaction at store level or if they have any suggestions , compliments, questions or concerns
