Review: I went to Benari Jewelers in [redacted] to look at engagement rings for my girlfriend. I did not want to spend all that money on a ring and find out my girlfriend did not like it so it took a lot of reassurances from the sales team and manager to convince me to buy it. The salesman Harold R[redacted], and his supervisor whom I do not know the name of, assured me that if my girlfriend did not like the ring or she turned down my proposal that they would give me a full refund. I believe I bought the ring around April 2013. I returned the ring on 6/5/2013 and was given a refund for the diamond, but they refused to refund me the price of the setting like they had verbally agreed to multiple times. They instead told me that I could keep the setting or get store credit. I took the store credit because I had no use for just the setting.

I have my return receipt and paperwork with the dates, prices, and sales associates name. I would have contacted you earlier, but I didn't know this was an option. I haven't been able to purchase an engagement ring since because I have so much money tied up in their store credit and I refuse to buy anything from them again.Desired Settlement: I would like them to exchange store credit for cash so I can purchase my girlfriend the engagement ring that she deserves.
