The Benbrook Community Center YMCA’s goal is to provide quality customer service and a great experience to our members and program participantsThe YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth does not have long term contracts, but does require a day written notice on cancelations On January 22, [redacted] signed up, on-line, and accepted our terms and agreements for membershipMs [redacted] came in on April 6, and filled out her cancelation formShe was given a copy of that form which stated her last draft would be May 1, (I have attached the registration form as well as the signed cancelation form) On May 1, Ms [redacted] called and was very upset that she had drafted that dayThe gentleman that answered the phone explained the policy to her to and she became irate and became verbally abusive to the staff member After speaking with [redacted] over the phone, the staff member informed our Executive Director of the situationMr [redacted] reached out to Ms [redacted] and left her a voice mail on May 1, asking her to contact himShe has not attempted to follow up with him We have gone ahead and processed a refund for Ms [redacted] as it is not our intent to upset our members or participants with our policies Thank you, [redacted] [redacted] Membership Director BENBROOK COMMUNITY CENTER YMCA [redacted] ** [redacted] [redacted] www.benbrookcommunitycenterymcafw.org Westside YMCA [redacted]

2015 [redacted] signed up, on-line, and accepted our terms and agreements for membership. Ms. [redacted] came in on April 6, 2015 and filled out her cancelation form.
