pre-paid cards that are sold at our car wash at the time had the expiration date printed on the card times including once in bold print in the year I'm sending copies of a pre-paid card similar to the one he bought minus one washP*** never presented us with a receiptNor do we have any way of knowing that ticket he presented was the ticket he said he purchasedNeedless to say with the threat of the Revdex.com and the mention of calling his attorneyIn his words "To get him off our back." We should note: give him his money back, or honor his expired pre-paidBecause of the lengthy time span in which the card was expired, we felt it was fair in not honoring a coupon so far expired and that P*** was being unreasonable.Sincerely,Benbrook Full Service Car Wash

I am rejecting this response because:It is implied the I didn't purchase the pre-paid card (I was never asked to produce a receipt - which if needed - I can)I NEVER in my wildest dreams would have expected such rude treatment from a business that provides a SERVICE.Having managed multiple companies, (and currently own three) SERVICE is paramount - having a responsible, public business manager tear up MY proof of purchase pre-paid card AND then toss it into the trash with distain! That is what set the tone of an initial request to honor a pre-paid - future serviceBy the way - what happened to the rest of the unused monies?????Is it REALLY unreasonable to request the service paid for ????My request was NOT made in malice, nor demanded - but was responded to in an unprofessional manor - what ever happened to goodwill???$dollars worth of services - could of resulted in many years of ongoing businessInstead - ill will, and bad relations toward a business / community businessThis is NOT typical of our Benbrook businesses!By the way - there was NO MENTION of the surgeries that prevented me from using the prepaid card in a timely manor(two knee replacement surgeries that prevented me from driving)Does this profit driven establishment NEVER make an exception or take into consideration circumstances beyond their needs????I am NOT going away!
