Bench Car Wash

To my surprise I received the letter from the Revdex.com and read *** ***'s complaintThe statement of the problem was concerning and embarrassing as a business ownerWe are local hands on owners, that take pride in our business
We NEVER had the amount of change be different from
the amount of the bill accepted! We bought this car wash in and have a large volume of customers, and neighbors using the machines daily, so if something was not legit it would be very apparentWe did have bill acceptors rebuilt this month as we do every year for the acceptors, but that doesn't affect ho many quarters it returns
The only explanation that I can give on the money exchange would be that the coin box was empty on both occasions (rare coincidence)We have different money exchangers for the wash that are also used by the laundry mat and restaurant next door, so ii it does run empty at times,when that happens an orange light comes on and bills are no longer accepted
I immediately sent *** a refund for both instances, an air freshener, and hand written apology to his Latah addressAlso, I left him a voicemail apologizing and asking for a more detailed explanation of which machine and leaving my personal phone numberI can fully understand his frustration, and really would like let him know that we are sorry!
