In regards to resolve this issue, the frozen product that they are offering has a valueI request a refund of the value of two dosesIt is the same expense to them

The woman complaining purchased a breeding fee to PGShogun, not fresh semen.When you purchase an
equine breeding fee, it can be filled with fresh or frozen semen. What we offered her was more than adequate to fulfill the contract. Frozen semen is an acceptable replacement .  We did  not  require that her horses be vaccinated, but we did inquire about that. Frozen semen will have the same
conception rate as fresh if done correctly. The
