First and foremost I am unaware of who the complainant is nor the property he is referring to Our company has been performing appraisal services for financial institutions for nearly years and have never received a prior complaint Every appraisal that is completed is
thoroughly reviewed by a competent appraiser before accepted by the institute If there is a concern or complaint by the recipient, a second review is then performed by a secondary reviewer If either of the reviewers agree with the recipient's dispute a rebuttal will then be sent out and addressed by the appraiser I am going to assume the complainant disagreed with a concluded value that was reached on either his property or on a property that he was trying to broker I will be pursuing my own complaint against the complainant for trying to sabotage my company This person was not my client nor is competent enough to be filling a complaint This person was just angry that he wasn't able to cash out on his home or lost a deal or just has nothing better to do with his time.Sincerely,*** ***Benchmark Appraisal Services###-###-####
