Benchmark Communications

Review: The service from Benchmark Communications is atrocious. At a minimum I am kicked off of their network 4+ times a day while I am trying to complete important items that require me to be online. This company (Along with Dish Network who's service they run) does not seem to be capable of handling the business in the southern U.S. and should be avoided by everyone if possible. My apartment complex only allows me to get their service and I WILL be paying my deposit to get out of here before the lease is up in order to get out of these people's service area. They should not be allowed to have a contract with any company or housing area if they cannot even supply a comparable product to companies like CableOne and ATT.Desired Settlement: I would like for them to refund me and allow me to get another service provider. They currently have a contract with my apartment complex that makes it to where they are the only service we can have. This should be nullified.
