We hired Benchmark Construction LLC (Carl Sells) on October to finish our basementFrom the first day Carl was super professional and on time for the subsequent meetings
The project started November and finished on December Carl promised to deliver on December 23!
His work was absolutely perfect, very organized; communicating with us all the time and informing about which project would start nextAlso, all his sub-contractors (Electrician, Plumber, Painter, Drywall, Tile and Carpet people) were marvelous
Always on time, very respectful and educatedMost important, he was very respectful of the houseHe had complete access to the house and we did not have any inconvenience with that
Since I suffer from asthma, Carl was always taking care of this matter, making sure that I would know in advance to be able to leave the house
He was always a great communicator, either by text or by phoneThrough the sequence of projects or when changes would arise
