March 16, 2017Dear ***:*** *** had previously contacted our disputes department beginning in January and February in reference to charges on her credit cardI have been in contact with *** *** beginning on March 10, I responded to her e-mail correspondence with a detailed
explanation of the transactions on her credit cardOur member inquired about a few items that she felt were outstanding on her credit card and required a refundThere were two transactions that were already refunded and one for $39,that authorized a refund and it was mailed to the member,In reference to the *** ***'s account being closed; there was a miss-communication as to what was closedOn February 15, the credit card dispute was closed and not the card as the member thoughtThe member's credit card was closed at her request on March 6, based on a written correspondence received dated March 1, We have offered and are happy to re-open *** ***'s credit card at her requestMy most recent correspondence from the member dated March 13, indicates that she is not interested in having her credit card re-opened at this time.I have been in touch with *** *** on several occasions in reference to her concerns and believe that we have addressed all of her concernsWe have done all that we can to satisfy *** *** as you can see from the information we provided aboveBenchmark has refunded all requested disputed items and we look forward to continue a business relationship,If you have any questions, please feel free to call or e-mail me.Thank YouGene C.Loan Manager
