I am rejecting this response because: I was only given one other option, which was to take a large hit financially on the bike againI do not understand why they are not acknowledging the paperwork or the back handed dealsOnce again there are not being truthful about the situation or their business practicesAnd I will state this again, I was unaware of the documents for two yearsI had assumed the paperwork I went home with was the legal documentBut I assume not since the fabricated another document to suit the needs of the the business Regards, [redacted]

This has been resolved, since the date this was filed Mr [redacted] now has his tagWe understand the frustration Mr [redacted] has with this situation and apologize for any inconvenienceWe, unfortunately, were waiting on the bank from the phone interview and at their mercy in order to complete the DMV workThe bank itself was very behind due to tax season and overwhelming amount of dealsOnce everything was completed we processed the tag the next day and overnighted it to Mr [redacted] Again, we apologize for any inconvenience and any lack of communication has been addressed

We apologize for any inconvenience that this has caused Mr*** and have taken action to get this inquiry removed from his credit as he has requested

We look forward to working with Mr [redacted] in the future

While we are sorry Mr *** has rejected our response there is nothing further we can do for him

We have spoken with Mr*** and this matter has been resolvedWe certainly apologize for any inconvenience that he experienced due to the clerical errors and miscommunication. Generally this would not happen, but in the middle of our busy season, getting the necessary paper work
processed, just took longer than it should have. We have corrected those errors along with compensating him for his interest and timeThis is not typical for our business, as Mr*** knows from how happy he was with his first purchase from Kevin Powell Motorsports. We take this second purchase and the mistakes that were made as a learning and teaching experienceWe appreciate the time Mr *** took to make us aware of this situation

We hate to hear that Mr [redacted] is unhappy with his bike lease. We always want our customers to be happy with their nicer newer car or motorcycle. I know we have spoken to him several times over the last month but we do not feel that paying his lease off after 2 years of ownership is a fair or...

reasonable resolution. We have offered several other options to Mr [redacted] unfortunately none were to his satisfaction. Again, we hate to hear that he is unhapppy with his motorcycle lease

I am rejecting this response because:So you clearly acknowledge that there are two different contracts? This matter is not about my financial situation, it is purely about the proper way to do business. It is about realizing after 2 years that I was scammed! You just admitted to having the same documents I do, but why were there a completely different set sent to the finance company? I want compensation for wrong doing, not compensation because I feel on hard times. What a ridiculous response, but I clearly should not expect anything less from crooks!

The paperwork you show here is the same paperwork we have as well.We appreciate the Revdex.com's attempt to resolve this customers issue/complaint and we too have already tried to resolve this matter.  It's unfortunate, but it is our position that this customer is trying to get out of deal that is 2 years old. Whether it's due to falling on hard times, simply not wanting the bike, or whatever the reason we do not feel we have any responsibility to just buy his bike back. We always take great pride in trying to make all of our customers happy. We sincerely hate to hear that he is not happy but other than the options we presented him there is nothing further we can do.  Again, we appreciate the Revdex.com in trying to assist us and the customer in this matter.

I do not understand why they are not acknowledging the false paperwork or the back handed deals. Once again there are not being truthful about the situation or their business practices. And I will state this again, I was unaware of the false documents for two years. I had assumed the paperwork I went home with was the legal document. But I assume not since the fabricated another document to suit the needs of the the business.
