This is correct we showed a "lack of disrespect" and were respectful and sympathetic to the persons need to drop off on time and to arrive at work on time, However, this day started with an emergencyour manager received notice on her way to work that her child was rushed to the hospital via
ambulanceI, the owner told her to go to the hospital and that I would open up, I wuold be late but I believed everyone would understand why we were forced to open lateI am sorry, but, we are not rudeWe are professionalI was exasperated by this persons total lack of empathy for a childs needsAll I said was we are sorry, and I don't know how to respond to someone who can only think about themselves at a time when a child is in having a medical emergencyIf there was loud taking it was our attempt to interject and talk over the self indulgent rantings of a belligerent, non empathetic personNo one hung up on you , we agreed you would pick your dog upMy staff and I were assailed by this person and her friend, we were demeaned and belittled , criticized and condemned, berated and humiliated P.SI called the police to intervene and calm the friend of the pet owner down and make sure they left the premisesThis friend got out of her car charged the desk and started accusing us of poor customer service all the while stating she was concerned about the childWe do not have to take such abuse and we returned the pet and asked them to leaveI can't believe they haven't come to their sensesThey were the hostile partyOur position then and now is we don't know how to respond to people like themi remain appalled by their behavior and self centered attitudeA child is in the hospital, isn't that a universal signal to subordinate you personal needs and think of the child? The greatest pleasure we find in our business is interacting with all the children who bless our businessAnother client of ours, who witnessed the scene, attested in our defense that the hostility and volatility was caused by***, the pet owner and her friend We did apologize repeatedly, but that wasn't enough for themThey wanted to continue attacking usI have never encountered any one like them in my life Under the Ohio Uniform Commercail Code, a busines can refuse to serve any one who is disruptive, and abusive to compayn staff Her friend charged at our desk berating and attacking us and would not relent I remained shocked at their behavior However, we apoligize again for in discomfort we may have caused

This complaint has no merit.  We groomed his dog Friday 9/5/14, when Mr [redacted] picked his dog up and stated, "He is beautiful, you did a great job. I agreed and said, "that is the best poodle trim I have ever seen" and Mr [redacted] agreed.  
 
The next day I recieved a call from...

Mrs [redacted] and all she complained about was the tail was too short. I offered to rebath and blow out the dogs tail and body she refused my offer. I explained since the dog was left here for over 8 hours and the dog was sitting on his tail the entire time it just loks smashed and can be brushed out and blow dried again and it will look like a ball again. Then Mr. [redacted] got on the phone while at a football game and was yelling a screaming at the game while I was on the phone and was very rude and demanded his money back. I said to him, "you loved the dog when you picked up and we both agreed the dog looked beautiful". He stated,"well I didn't really look him.  Too which I replied, "I will not refund your money, because you stated you thought the dog looked beautiful and because I offered to re bath and blow out the dog which you refused."
On Tuesday 9/9/14 Mrs. [redacted] called and was threatening to defame our company if I didn't refund their money, and now was claiming we didn't even touch the dog.
Mr. [redacted] got on the phone and he made the same threats stating, "[redacted] I thought you were cool, if you don't give me my money back you will hear from me. I will tell every body of face book. Oh yeah, you'll hear from me.
 
My comment was, "it is "Absurd" to claim we didn't even touch the dog and at the same time claim we cut the dogs tail too short."  Mrs. [redacted] said she has witnesses to attest to the fact the dog doesn't look like we touched it. To which I stated, " you are violateing the Ohio Uniform Commercial Code by attempting to extort money from me under threat of defamation of character unless I give you money, If I deserve a bad review then give me a bad review, but dont threaten me with defamation of character if I don't give you money."
 
I again stated," I will not refund your money because Mr [redacted] loved the groom when he picked the dog up and because you refused my offer to re bath and blow out your dog.
