Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below I put my trust in Comey & Shepherd Issue 1: Because of the inaccurate information provided by Comey & Shepherd, whether intentional or not, I lost many thousands of dollars on a home closing that should have been routineI inquired about the closing tax credit and Comey & Shepherd repeatedly assured me of the accuracyThis turned out to be a devastating unexpected $9,debtIn 2014, I lived in my home for approximately days but paid over $9,in property taxesComey & Shepherd has made no effort to correct this issueThey made over $11,in fees for driving my family around for one weekendI will continue to communicate my story to all that will listen Issue 2: In addition to my tax debt due to the closing misinformation, I had another post-closing discovery of an additional $1,in undisclosed annual home owner feesI am now saddled with an additional $1,each and every yearWe would NOT have purchased this home knowing that I would owe such high fees on an annual basisAgain, Comey & Shepherd has made no effort what so ever to financial correct this issue I will continue to make my story knownAccidents and mistakes do happen, but this is a situation where I put my trust into this relationship, but feel Comey & Shepherd has done absolutely nothing to correct these very damaging financial issues and have completely turned their back on my family Regards, [redacted]

Having trouble adding multiple attachments Hi and thank you for looking into my complaints Just to quickly recap - I had to major issue with my home closing and they are as follows: 1) I had approximately $1,in undisclosed [redacted] feesI would never have bought this home knowing I would owe $2,a year in mandatory fees(Please see attached emails where MsB [redacted] admits that the fees were not disclosed to me.) Comey & Shepherd has offered no defense to this issue 2) MsB [redacted] with Comey & Shepherd mislead me on my tax liabilityI was repeatedly told that my tax liability for was accurateI was shocked when I received a bill from my bank for $9,ten months after closingMsB [redacted] denies that I asked such questionsWhy would anyone agree to pay someone else's taxesI owned the home for days in 2014, but owed over $9,in taxesThe prior owner did not pay their share of taxesComey & Shepherd did not represent me in this transactionOn the tax issue, MsB [redacted] has hid behind the legality of the tax calculationsHow could Comey & Shepherd put me in such a financial hole?
