I am rejecting this response because: I have written evidence (multiple e-mails) which clearly demonstrate the promise MrWayne O*** made repeatedly to apply discounts for the partsBefore I agreed to have the parts ordered from Benco, I reached out to him and
specifically asked him if he was able to apply discounts as the previous sales repJudi C***, used to be able to doHe wrote that yes, he could do that, but the charges had to be posted first and then he would go in and apply the creditsLater, through several e-mails he kept promising that credits would appear at the "next statement because he put them in but they have not been reflected on the current statement yet"The maintenance contract was in place and Benco was supposed to bill me for it just like they bill me for everything elseI never expected them not to charge me for repairs, but part of that call was spent on the routine maintenance which was due at that time as well, so the final amount should have been lower than what they charged meFurthermore, they never told me upfront that it would cost upwards $to do that jobI would have most certainly obtained estimates from other companies if I knew!
