Complaintant claims they were billed for an items that was not receivedThe customer was never billed for the item as it is currently out of stock!!! Customer was called to let them know that the item is on back orderThere was never ANY processing of a credit card for this order

the item is on back order. There was never ANY processing of a credit card for this order.

Review: On April **, 2014, [redacted]craft Hatters posted a contest on their [redacted] page. They posted a picture with a caption that says "IT's HERE! [redacted]craft's "WIN A YEAR OF HATS CONTEST" In order to qualify, all you have to do is LIKE our [redacted] page AND place a comment below. Be clever and tell your friends, because the "Most Liked" commenter will win ANY 4 HATS OF YOUR CHOICE" from our website [redacted]. Contest ends May [redacted], just in time to get a new hat for Memorial Day weekend."

I can elaborate more on the details on the contest if needed (from their deleting all comments posted the first two days to changing the end date of the contest multiple times). Regardless, I was 1 of two winners. We were told to send a private message to [redacted]crats Hats to request what we wanted as a prize. I emailed my request on 6/**/14. After no receiving them, I emailed again on 8/**. I received no response. I emailed again 9/**/14 and received a response that same morning apologizing and saying they would ship them out "now". I emailed again 10/** that they had not been received, and I received no response. I emailed again 12/*/14 and someone responded saying they would find out why they had not been sent. I emailed again 12/*, 12/** and 12/**. All of these emails were unanswered. I called sometime the next week. The rude gentleman that answered the phone hung up on my no less than 4 times before someone else answered. The other person was very helpful and stated he had to talk to the owner the following Monday when he was back in the office, but assured me it would be taken care of. Someone named [redacted] also emailed me 1/*/15 apologizing and stating again "when the owners gets back to work on Monday we will make sure your hats get sent out...[redacted]". I emailed 1/* and the response was they would be sent that day. I emailed again 1/** that they had not been received and I received no response. I also emailed again 1/** and 1/** to follow up, and have not received a response. I know they have read the messages because there is a spot on [redacted] messages to see if someone has read them or not.

I followed their rules, and I won their contest. I have followed up as much as I can, but still am not getting anywhere.Desired Settlement: I would like my prize shipped, I would like tracking info to ensure it has really shipped. I also feel that they own me a huge apology for making me jump thru hoops like this.

Review: I placed an order on [redacted] of December for a hat, expecting delivery before Christmas.

The order screen said I would receive a e-mail confirming the order, this did not appear.

I rang on the [redacted] to find if the order was placed, I think I spoke to a Robert and a Murices and was told yes it was.

I asked for a e-mail confirming the order, order number [redacted], this was promised but no mail came.

I called after christmas, and was told the was a problem with the address, the address was read back to me and it was agreed it was correct.

I asked why I had not been contacted? I was told the was a problem with my e-mail and phone number.

These were read back to me, and it was agreed these were correct, and a email was promised with an update of the order’s dispatch.

I reng again after new year, and the conversation was repeated with the same news that the item was not sent yet and the same promise to deal with it and contact me.

I have rang again this week and dealt again with Maurice, or is it Morris?

Same promise, same result, no contact.Desired Settlement: Some one in authority to just take ownership of the problem and contact me.

Review: I ordered a product from this company on 12/**. Today is 1/*. I have not received the product. I have been calling for two days and emailing for 3. Emails have all been bounced back to me as "failed delivery." I've tried two phone numbers. The 800 number does not give me the option to leave a message and no one answers the 718 number. I fear fraud, even though I have done business with this store before.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order or full reimbursement.
