Review: [redacted] from Bend iTech came to pick my phone up after the screen had been broken. He responded quickly to getting my phone and the next day he said he had the new screen in. That was April 1st, it is now March 29th and I still do not have my phone back. First the technician broke the LCD when replacing the screen and then damaged the internal hardware of the phone when replacing the LCD. Four weeks ago I was told that they were ordering a new phone to replace mine after they broke it. I had never signed a waiver to release any damages they could cause, and I have still not received any information in the last two weeks explaining why that phone is not available to me. I have gone weeks at a time without any contact with anyone at the company (their phone is always off and the mailbox full, emails have never been responded too, and the alternate phone number I was provided with to contact [redacted] has never been answered).

I am requesting a new Samsung Galaxy S3 to replace my Samsung Galaxy S3, complete with my memory information installed in the new device. I would also like the $90 screen replacement fee to be waived for the lack of communication and holding of my personal property for nearly 2 months.

Review: About 4 months ago my granddaughter needed her LG G2 phone repaired, we were requested to send $140:00 first and once the check cleared we took the phone to him to repair. He promised a quick repair. after many calls, the phone wasn't repaired. he still has our money and our phone.
