Customer says he returned the item though did not provide
any tracking information.. customer admits in his statement that *** lost the package in the holiday rushwe can only issue credit once we receiv the returned item and it is fully inspected and processedthat did not happen he is also well over the return policy .. and we would only promises a refund when the item was delivered before the days We never called this customer telling him he would get a refundwhy would we? we did not! Customer also went to *** and ***they told him the same thingsrefund can only be processed if and when the product comes back within the days and is inspected and approved by the sellerThis customers claim is outrageous and *** and *** backs me up ! now instead of the customer going after the post office, *** or *** he goes after me because he know they would laugh him away and it would be an up hill battle and ultimately get nowhereso he tried to go after the little guysorry reasonable practices are the law of the land here and cant refund if product was not deliveredWe can not do anything for the consumer at this time Thank You

Review: I purchased a SGS5 Phone case via [redacted] from this seller, I received it damaged and started a request for refund on [redacted] the next day. I was approved for a refund and sent a mailing label from [redacted] and mailed the defective case back the next day.(Dec **) The [redacted] lost the case during the Christmas rush, I have been told numerous times that I would get a refund, the seller opened a case AGAINST me for not returning the item (I have all emails and proof that I mailed it) The VP of CS called me and assured me of a refund the next day if I would retract my negative feedback. Now I get the run around again saying to they have to "Wait" for the package to be delivered and that I should contact the [redacted]. I have spent numerous hours on the phone with [redacted] says that they cannot issue a refund because the package was not delivered, [redacted] Says they can't issue refund because package was not delivered. [redacted] says that the last known update was that it was out for delivery to Brooklyn, NY (I live in Idaho) on Dec [redacted]. The tracking number says it has not been delivered nor updated since DEC **. I have several Emails as well as a phone call from the seller saying I would get a refund.(AFTER THE [redacted]) They refuse to issue it until the "package is delivered". [redacted] will not let me file a claim as it is not a "Claimable Tracking Number" I am out $35 as well as over 15 hours on the phone talking to [redacted] and [redacted]. This company (Person DBA) Bend [redacted] sent me a defective phone case, I mailed it back per their instructions and now they refuse to issue me a refund after over 5 emails and a phone call promising a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like Bend_[redacted] to stand behind their numerous promises to REFUND MY MONEY IN FULL. I had and have no control of the package once it has left my hands at the Nampa,Id Postal service. The tracking number shows that it made it as far as the local carrier to be delivered. THE POST OFFICE lost the package not me. I want them to stand on the 5 plus emails that I have saved saying that they would refund the money as well as the customer service vice president's assurance of refund.

Customer also went to [redacted] and [redacted].. they told him the same things. refund can only be processed if and when the product comes back within the 14 days and is inspected and approved by the seller. This customers claim is outrageous and [redacted] and [redacted] backs me up ! now instead of the customer going after the post office, [redacted] or [redacted] he goes after me because he know they would laugh him away and it would be an up hill battle and ultimately get nowhere.. so he tried to go after the little guy.. sorry reasonable practices are the law of the land here and cant refund if product was not delivered.. We can not do anything for the consumer at this time. Thank You
