Since our initial complaint with the Revdex.com, we have been harrassed and bullied online by Bend Towing, and their friends and family.  They provided many lies along with our personal information, and have tried to slander us on their facebook page.  We have gotten messages from people because of it.  I talked to someone at Revdex.com today who asked me to submit the facebook post to them since it has been shared almost 300 times and has hundreds of negative comments about us based on the untrue information they have posted.  I have called the Attorney General's office and will be filing a complaint with them as well, and also have the name of an attorney that I will be contacting if the attorney general can't help.  Thank you[redacted]

funds. As an attorney's office, all of our clients sign a retainer agreement outlining the terms of their representation. We responded to the client's request immediately and explained that we are required, pursuant to the fee agreement, to do a final accounting to determine what refund, if any, the client would be entitled. Upon his second demand a few days later, we expedited the final accounting process and scheduled a call with the client. Upon our calculations of the time spent by the firm on the client's case and calculated at the rates to which client contractually agreed, he was owed less than $100.00 as a refund. I called the client and explained the above calculations and that this was pursuant to the fee agreement that he signed with our office. Finally, because our firm is in the business of helping our clients, although we had done significant amounts of work that exceeded what was paid by the client, we agreed to send the Client a refund check for $600.00; this was done immediately after we spoke with the client. The client was grateful and said that they would likely use us in the future when their situation changes.Sincerely,Adam E. H[redacted] Esq.H[redacted] LAW, PLC

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:There are many untrue statements from the business.  We weren't on private property we were at a very identifiable day use area which we told them we were parked in front of.  It was actually road 200 not a private property.  The hood was not buried in snow we were not in very deep of snow and there were previous tracks going down the road.  No where did a sign say private property or that you would be shot.  Yes we followed the GPS as did other people the same day.  It did not take four hours to get our car out.  It took maybe two hours max.  Most of the time was spent waiting for them to find us despite us sending the picture of exactly what day sue area we were parked by.  I just want other people to be warned that they may be very unfairly charged when they use this company.  Thank you!Sincerely,[redacted]

MS [redacted] from Eugene, OR programmed her GPS to take her from Eugene, OR to the 7th Mountain resort in her Honda Odyssey van with street tires on it. GPS took her over the mountain, down Spring River Rd to Besson Rd and onto private property. Ms [redacted] went through a gate with a sign that said STOP!...

If you trespass you will be shot!! She had her family in the van, proceeded past the gate and down a steep hill in 4 feet of snow until the snow was coming over the hood of the van and she was stuck. She called us and was very panicked as you would expect. We dispatched two trucks, one from LaPine and one from Mt Bachelor to converge on Spring River rd where she indicated she was stuck. We spent 2 hours searching for her and her family. We finally got a call from the Deschutes County Sheriff who gave us her coordinates that they got from her cell phone ping and they were sending search and rescue and would meet us there. We followed the coordinates and went through the gate and down the hill where we found the van and another vehicle who was also following their GPS to 7th Mountain. (See any problems so far?). We got the 2nd vehicle out of the way and headed back up the hill when the Sheriff department arrived with several trucks, one of them promptly getting stuck. We winched out the Sheriff Dept vehicle and proceeded to recover the Honda Odyssey. It was buried and full of people. First we attempted to extract the van loaded but there was too much weight so had to empty it. In sub freezing weather , we got all the kids out and into the Sheriff vehicles (where they played with the flashing emergency lights hahaha ) and went back to the recovery using trees, snatch blocks and two winches front and back and a lot of back breaking digging to get the van out. One of the drivers had slipped a number of times and yes swore (once). One of the drivers after 3 hours of digging and extraction did say he hated the car (like people say "I could kill you" in the same context), it took 4 hours to get this car to the top of the hill even after the Sheriff told us they were going to have search and rescue take the occupants, tag the vehicle and leave it there until spring since it was on private property. Mike asked him for just another 30 minutes and we were able to get the vehicle to the top of the hill where law enforcement was waiting. This is the place I would like to thank Deputy [redacted] of the Deschutes County Sheriffs office for his tireless help digging and working with us to get this vehicle out of its precarious location. We charged Ms [redacted] $1000 for two vehicles, two men, for 4 hours. We did not charge for the same vehicles and men who searched for her for 2 hours. We did not charge for her lack of good judgement. Recoveries in this category typical go for thousands of dollars and yes, roadside companies see this on a daily basis in severe conditions. Today 1-5-2017 Ms [redacted] called the shop, said her insurance company would only reimburse her $200 for the recovery. She wanted a $500 refund or she would leave us a bad review. We declined her offer. She exercised her right in social media. I
