Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because: After receiving the email from the Revdex.com in regards to my claim file against Bend Window Treats my decision has not changed I am still asking for a full refund of $ They stated in the letter (the one I didn't recieve because they did not have my mailing address ) that I "fell through the cracks " and they did not have a signed contract with me so I was just taking them on their word The only contact that I had with them was when I called them They never called me to let me know what the status was on my order or explain to me what was going on The only call I got was a call back from Todd on Jan and at that time I was asking for my money back because I was unhappy with the customer service I was receiving and lack of trust with the company When my son *** *** spoke with Todd Todd told him that it was not in his responsibility to call customers and let them know the status of their orders After contacting you the Revdex.com the company still failed to communicate with you in a timely manner and only after you had closed the file as "non responsive" and we took the next steps suggested by you and filed a claim with the Oregon Department of Justice Fraud/Consumer Protection Section that you heard from Bend Window Treats Because of their unprofessionalism, poor customer service and bad business ethics I do not wish to do ANY business with them I do not trust them nor their employees and do not wish to have them in my house I am seeking a full refund and will follow the steps necessary to attain my refund.Sincerely,*** ***
