Backroom behind Kitchen

Trim was replace with Baseboards ( definite refixing here)

Ceiling light not recessed

Painting and Mirror not set in wall as before this was a custom job.

* If the Ceiling lights, Painting and Mirror can not be fixed properly, I need to be made aware of this and depending on the outcome of the baseboards can he just put plank paneling on the ceiling to tie everything together*

Living Room, Dinning Room, Hallways and Bedroom Re-Pop corned over, done in white color only, which was not necessary now looks to thick. The original Pop corned ceilings had a hint of Gold in them that tided into the household chandeliers, tables and the banister. THIS NEEDS TO BE REMOVED FROM THE HOUSE HOUSE NOW

Basement:

Over painted steps and railing creating a thick appearance

Remove paint from cross space cube –this area was just a cemented area no painted color

Remove paint from front ledge of cross space – this area was the original brick and cement no painted color

Remove white paint off of ceiling was just plan wood

Bathroom caulking around tub where wall covering and tub top connect has black soot stain mixed in it.

Middle bedroom painted over middle boarder print in error.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome would be for the contractor to fix and replace the items mention I have not given you and entire listing of thing done inapropriatedly by this contractor. Please time is mending the problem it has made it worst.It is one thing to be a victim of a fire but to be victimized by this contractor my insurnace company obtained for me is humilating.

4/23/13 [redacted] here is an update on my recent trip to the house.

I have sent you some receipts and the Content Loss Inventory separate

via the U S Postal Service to the Des Moines address. By any chance

do you have an update for me regarding the increase in Property Tax

appeal application that I sent you?

4/23/13 Cleaning woman will charge me 500.00 to do this when I try I

pick up one thing that is not in it’s original place go to put it

where it belongs then get side track .

4/23/13 Can you tell me what was done on the party wall in this area

was some type of fire preventive sheetrock installed? [redacted]

replaced my quarter round molding in this room with based broads do

not want. The bead board paneling and reed edging molding on the

ceiling looks too homemade and it’s not finished. The entrance into

the room as you face the kitchen molding whole top portion and right

edge to the telephone wall is not meeting gaps there very noticeable

4/23/13 In the Kitchen it would appear that he pained the ceiling tile

and washed the original girds that had paint leakage on them from the

ceiling tile white spots are noticeable.

Living Room, Dinning Room, Hallways and Bedroom Re-Pop corned over,

4/23/13 if the ceilings were damaged by the fire the Popcorn should

have been stripped down to the original ceilings not painted over. If

there is damage to the original ceiling eventually the Popcorn will

fall down on me needs to be removed

no painted color (4/23/13 this is staring to turn color rust spots

showing and crackling )

done to help eliminate the smoke smell? There is a dent in the heater

vent leading to the front room not there before, probably done when

some one was moving the washer/drying unit around down there.

4/23/13 It appears that [redacted] did not take the exiting wallboard

off the walls in this are. Nothing done to the parting wall and this

should have been taken down I have an electrical outlet on that wall

and the wires need to be check there was noticeable suet damage on

that wall

Front upstairs bedroom walls were wiped down not painted however the

baseboards were painted.
