I am obsessed with this company I love their work clothes!!!They fit in all the right areas and are for an amazingly fair price!!!

Horrible still waiting on refund for a year they won’t reply to messages or phone calls. Never use again never recommend worst place I’ve ever done business with.

I ordered a hoodie that I never received. Asked for a refund that the company told me they would provide but I have never received it.

I ordered 3 pair of 10oz. ***/100% cotton, size 36 on March 9th, 2019. I messaged them on April 15th on the notes section where they were ordered. The next day they sent me information back that the order would be shipped out the end of April or early May. They will not answer the phone number that is provided on the web site. I sent them two more notes on May 21st and June 4th and have not heard back from this company. I have the receipt where I paid $162 that was taken out of my account and I have still not got the items I ordered. Please help me! Thanks!

I ordered last middle of April 4 shirts, they took payment nothing. It’s the middle of May and I have called left messages sent emails no response I want my money back. I am pursuing fraud charges on them. -F

Reply to customer service at work clothing warehouse.com. April 13, 2019 I ordered 4 shirts, money was drafted from my checking account. The order number is: *** amount charged $108.72. I never received my shirts, tried calling numerous times, only had recordings pick up, left messages, never a return call. Sent numerous e- mails. My only option left was complaint to Revdex.com and a report to the federal trade commission. I have bought theses shirts before and like the fit if you are reorganized and can fulfill my order great, if not I would like a refund.

The shirt issue has been resolved, With the new Management I was contacted about this, the resent my order and happy to to say I received my shirts yesterday. They were fast at responding back when I gave them my order number, very pleased to receive my shirts as they hold up extremely well, great quality that holds up for years, wash after wash. I hope the company continues with the new people. I can now give them an A+. I will order from them again.

I recently placed an order with Work Clothing Warehouse, but have not received any indication of when they will ship it. Company has already processed my payment of $72.00 I have tried repeatedly to call them, but they have a robo-voice answering system, that says "all reps are busy, leave a message". I have left two messages, and also sent them three e-mails, but there has been no response. I am worried that they will never respond, and I can't afford to be ripped off for $72.00. My order number is 1002214, and I have been unable to track the order on their web site.

This company charged my credit card and never delivered the clothing ordered. Multiple attempts to contact the company for a refund failed to elicit any response. Sara *** is a principle of the company. I suggest you contact her directly with any complaints.

I ordered 4 pair of women poplin pants on 24 feb 19 and I received a purchase order by e-mail the same day. It is now the 21 of mar 2019 and I have not received a shipping notification. The order # is 1002162 in the amount of 83.50. The money was taken out of my bank account 2 days after the purchase order. I have repeatedly tried to call the business phone and can't an answer. I have also sent several e-mails with no response. I just want my order filled or my money back. It's now been 25 days, how long does it take to ship 4 pair of pants.

I tried calling and emailing and I have not gotten a response back from anyone. This is unprofessional and not ethical. It may just be a scam and I spent $79.45 on the jackets.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. They said they have "spoke with me already", but that's not true. I haven't spoke to anyone yet. I will check in 7 to 10 business days to see if I will get my refund. Thanks!!
