When I moved from my apartment complex, I was charged fees for cleaning. I was upset and didn’t pay the fees because I felt that I cleaned well and even had photos. Later I needed to pay the bill and have it removed from my credit report. When I called to pay them they would not look up my account so that I could pay. When I asked for the manager they would refused to transfer me- saying that the manager was unavailable. Typically, if someone is calling to pay a debt in full, the customer is helped. In this case, this was not the answer. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend.
