understanding, the customer was unhappy with how a countertop looked. She wanted the surface to be replaced, which we said we would absolutely do if it could not be repaired. She agreed and we attempted to repair it. The customer was unhappy with the repair so we replaced it. After the replacement the customer emailed her sales person to alert her that she was happy with the replacement and that we should proceed with charging her credit card. Our sales person let the customer know that we made a price adjustment to thank her for her patience during the repair and replacement process, and that she was glad the customer was now satisfied. The customer also noted that we would need to contact the Revdex.com to let you know the issue has been resolved, so we are doing that now.I am happy to provide copies of the correspondence explained above should you need further support.Thank you very much.Best,[redacted]
Review: I contracted with Bender Plumbing for materials relating to my bathroom remodel. They subcontracted the fabrication of the vanity top with[redacted]. The top is [redacted] and was installed on April 15. There was a black mark in the stone. After several attempts to have the counter top replaced I agreed to trying to have it repaired. The sales person that I have been working with at Bender's, Leisa C[redacted], said if I was not satisfied with the repair the top would be replaced. The technician from [redacted] came on June 4. I am still unhappy with the counter top. The area is definitely noticible and I do not want to have a defective product. I sent Leisa an email on June 4 and again today, June 8. I have not had a reply. I still have an outstanding balance and we have greed that I will not pay it until the counter top issue has been resolved. During this long process I do not have a working sink in that bathroom as I do not want to install the fixtures until I have an acceptable vanity top.
