I am rejecting this response because:
As you could read this business owner is absolutely unprofessional in his response to holding a customer's payment. I have no problem paying for shipping and credit card charges. I just want my refund in the kit and taxes paid. No reason to try to make this personal, we do not even know each other. I purchased a kit and not all parts are manufactured by this company and they want to charge a restocking fee? I think the Revdex.com should be able to give a negative review based on this immature response by the business owner.
